Council Officers


Linda Andrade 

Linda has been working with the Massachusetts Council for Adult Foster Care for over eight years. She serves as the Program Director for Cerebral Palsy of Massachusetts, Options Program located in Stoughton Mass at Technology Center Drive. Linda developed the Adult Foster Care services initiative within her organization. Linda has twice been elected to the role of secretary for the Council. She believes in community living for all and appreciates the Council as a program that supports this ideal.

Vice-President Beth Gutierrez

Beth has been attending the Massachusetts Council for Adult Foster Care for more than five years. She currently serves as a Case Manager Supervisor for the Advocates Adult Family Care program located in Framingham, Mass. Beth is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with interests in poverty alleviation, elder services, and children/family supports.


Annette Pelletier

Annette has been involved with the Massachusetts Council for Adult Foster Care since starting work as the lead nurse for Northeast Arc’s Adult Family Care in Danvers, MA. She has been employed in AFC for the past 8 years, served on the MCAFC board for the past several years and was elected treasurer in June of 2015.

First Vice President

Donna Brown

Donna is the Director of Child & Family Services for the Arc of Bristol County and has overseen Adult Family Care (AFC) services for her agency since 2010.  Donna believes that AFC services has proven to be a respectful and meaningful model of support for individuals with disabilities, for those with chronic illness, and for the aging population.  She is committed to supporting AFC members and caregivers in order to provide a unique family-centered living experience.  Donna has attended the Massachusetts Council meetings over the past five years, and as a board member she hopes to work with the council membership to offer legislators the opportunity to understand and value this model of support.



Bonnie Griffith

Bonnie has worked for Adult Foster Care of the North Shore since July of 2009.  She is currently the Care Manager Supervisor. Prior to AFCNs, she was employed by the Department of Developmental Services for 29 years.  Bonnie holds a Bachelors degree in Education from Salem State College.  She has witnessed the benefits of AFC in many situations and is committed to supporting the program and the people involved.
